We are making the most of our last weeks at home together. Ember loves playing on her play mat and discovering new toys every day.

Watching her learn and play is so much fun. I know she’s going to have a blast at daycare.

She’s also very silly and loves rolling around when getting her diaper changed.

Today we even tried some of the ridiculous filters available for photos.

She wasn’t terribly impressed.

I go back and forth between being sad and apprehensive and excited for her about daycare coming up. Mostly, though, I’m glad she’s such a sweetheart and that we’ve had so much time together. I can only hope for another 50+ years with this tiny perfect person in my life.
