I can’t believe Ember is six months old today! She is getting to be so big and SO much fun!

We had a blast tonight taking her 6 month photo – she’s far more wiggly than she used to be and has recently found her feet.

And far more interested in her owl than before which made for a little more difficult photo shoot.

She’s started working on more foods including carrots:

And squash:

And she’s generally having fun ALL the time!

Baths are still a favorite and I can’t wait to take her in the pool next week when we take our first family vacation to Hilton Head.

She loves standing (with help) and has started to notice more and more going on around her. She’s babbling and squealing and sleeping great. Aside from a stuffy nose, life is perfect for this little girl.

She’s also started to find us and the cats more interesting than before. She explores regularly.

She and Daddy continue to be best pals.

We are all very excited for Ember’s first visit to the beach and for some calm family time! Happy Half Birthday, little girl!
