Wow! It’s been a while since I posted on the blog!
We have been as busy as you normally are when you have two full time working parents and an 18 month old.
We had our reception at the TN Aquarium in mid-October and were so glad for all of our friends and family who were able to join us there.

We had an absolute blast and Ember thoroughly enjoyed the short time she was there with us to celebrate!
Otherwise it seems like a whirlwind of everyday stuff. Ember is busy running all over, talking up a storm, and learning new things every day.
She LOVES the swings and slides at school and playing with her friends there. School picture time came up recently and we got a few good ones.

She still loves to read and Goodnight Gorilla is still her number one pick.

We recently got her some plastic balls thinking we might make a ball pit but have realized it’s much better to just put them in a box because she is a HUGE fan of dumping the whole box out and then filling it back up again.

Thanksgiving at school last week was a fun time to visit with her together instead of the usual end of day process where we pick her up and head home.

She LOVES coming downstairs to the Accounting and Marketing offices every day that mom picks her up because she gets to eat snacks with Aunt Angie. Who can blame her?

She is growing so fast. She knows all her routines including getting a pouch out of her drawer when it’s time for dinner.

She LOVES apples but doesn’t have much use for actually eating them.

Thanksgiving is coming up and we are excited to have family coming up to eat with us – even though the oven stopped working Monday night. Ha ha! We will see how that adventure turns out!
