Our little family has some big news to share!

In September of 2019, Ember will be a big sister and poor Kevin will be entirely outnumbered with another girl in the house.

Apparently Ember knew even before we did – her teacher sent this photo from Valentine’s Day and says it’s her new favorite book!

We had a get together this weekend with close friends and family to announce the gender via cupcakes. Ember was VERY excited about cupcakes – and mostly icing.

So far everything is going well and we are looking forward to having another tiny baby in the house – although a baby and a toddler will be a new challenge for sure. In the meantime, we plan on enjoying the time we have with just Ember as we prepare for a new chapter in our lives.
