9 Months Old

Zora turned 9 months old yesterday.

She is SO busy! She loves to crawl, pull up, jump and talk. She loves grabbing EVERYTHING – especially if it’s not for her.

Zora loves chewing on the bandaid from Ember’s doctor kit

She is interested in everything happening around her and can’t wait to get into all of it!

She has two teeth on bottom and one on top – her second top tooth will be making an appearance any moment. She has started making a terrible grinding noise chewing them together – ugh. It will pass but man oh man.

She says mama and dada with a slight appearance of understanding but talks ALL the time. She growls and grumbles and laughs and babbles. She has a little play area set up in the den where she can roam freely while Ember plays or watches tv. They play together but I am excited for the time when they can really play together when Zora gets older.

Zora loves the time we are all getting to spend together – mid-June marks our 3rd full month home from the COVID 19 virus. Mom is working from home while Dad is still going to the office. We had a nice 2 week break when Dad was furloughed, though, and it was a little stay-cation for our family together.

We are all having a great time together – although it comes with challenges. I am very lucky to be home with the girls and hopefully they will only remember our Girl Days with fond memories. I know I will.

Zora can’t wait to see what happens tomorrow!
