Halloween this year was a 4 day event – Friday was Zora’s fall festival at school, then Saturday was a neighborhood block party, Sunday was the soccer game, Monday was Halloween at school for Ember AND that night was trick or treating in the neighborhood. We had a great time – Zora was Baby Shark for school and Daddy came to trick or treat and go to the fall festival with her.

Ember was excited to be Maleficent for school on Monday and eventually decided to be a cat for trick or treating, while Zora went with the old stand by – a Christmas tree.

And then, after a false start, our family finally took our first trip to Disneyworld. We originally had planned to take Ember for her 3rd birthday – but our planned trip for March 2020 got squashed by COVID. This time everyone went and we had an amazing time. We met princesses, rode rides, had delicious snacks, rode the Monorail and overall had the best time. We will definitely go back.

We are excited to start decorating for Christmas and settling in for winter! Time for a break!
